Functional 4Fitness, an empowering mind-body exercise, is training in a manner similar to how we move in real life. It involves performing exercises that enhance the performance of activities of daily living.
Functional 4Fitness is about training how our brains think: in terms of whole motions and coordination between muscles. With the recruitment of more muscles to accomplish an exercise sequence, more calories are expended and a more balanced development can be expected.
It is not our motivation to have you exhibit feats of strength, unless necessary. The bottom line is you become functionally strong, endurant, mobile, and able to cruise through life's physical and mental challenges.
