Muay Thai or Thai Boxing/Combat is the national sport of Thailand. It is a form of martial art referred to as the "art of eight limbs," characterized by distinct and efficient punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. Muay Thai fighters are known for their superb conditioning, calmness under duress, and elegance in savagery.

For those interested in hybrid martial arts, we offer a Filipino style of kickboxing called Yaw-Yan. An offshoot of several art forms including Filipino Martial Arts (FMA), some Yaw-Yan techniques have been patterned after arnis/eskrima/kali.
