Norman, former American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and Personal Training Academy Global (PTA Global) Continuing Education Provider; ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 1996; former World Kettlebell Club (WKC) Master Trainer; and, managing director of 4Fitness.
He took up courses in London: Strength and Conditioning at St. Mary's University, Active Isolated Stretching & Strengthening (AIS): The Mattes Method, UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) Level I Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Hatton Academy Level II Certified Boxing for Fitness Instructor.
Norman is a WKC Certified Fitness Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Kettlebell Sport Coach. An International Kettlebell Sport & Fitness Academy (IKSFA) Rank II - Sporting Perfection, he is also an International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF) Certified Kettlebell Teacher and Certified Kettlebell Trainer-Fitness & Movement Dynamics, with certificates from Optimum Performance Studio (OPS): Certified Kettlebell Trainer Level I & II. Norman’s suspension training credentials include both TRX Suspension Training and TRX Sports Medicine Suspension Training courses. In addition, he is an Evidence Based Fitness Academy (EBFA) Certified Barefoot Training Specialist, AquaLogix Certified Fitness Trainer, and Power Plate Academy Level I credentialed. Norman has also completed close to 30 other minor U.S. fitness certificate courses.
A former lecturer at John Robert Powers International, writer for different publications, competitive powerlifter/bodybuilder/kettlebell sport athlete, Norman has likewise acted as consultant for some of the Philippines’s top fitness centers.
Currently, Norman is studying Muay Thai exclusively under the tutelage of Thai coaches. He is a Fairtex Certified Muay Thai Fitness Coach and with certificate from Rawai Muay Thai, Thailand, apart from supplementary Muay Thai qualification: British Martial Arts & Boxing Association (BMABA) Certified Muay Thai Instructor.
